1 We’re here to listen to you
As well as the prerequisite skills you would expect of your IT Support company, all of our support staff are courteous, friendly and appreciative of the difficulties you may be experiencing as a result of your computers not working as you would like.
Our support staff have been providing IT support to organisations across the North West of England, as far back as the 1980’s, to people of all ages, with all levels of IT knowledge. We will converse with you in plain English, avoiding ‘techno-babble’, and look to get you up and running again as quickly as possible with the minimum amount of disruption to you and your business.
2 You are not committed to long term support contracts
You will not be tied in to annual contracts – we offer monthly rolling agreements. We also offer all new clients a FREE 3 Month Trial period ( free from any obligation or financial tie ins).
3 Response Times
We offer guaranteed response times with the vast majority of all IT support requests being addressed immediately by our in-house Telephone Support Desk Team. You will never encounter any secretaries or gatekeepers when calling the Support Desk Team - you will always benefit from having immediate and direct access to our technical support staff
Our field based engineers are available for on site attendance should this be needed or requested. We do not charge a separate call out fee or for traveling time.

In addition to our dedicated support desk, we have a team of field based support engineers covering the following areas :- Liverpool, Manchester, Warrington, Wirral, Bolton, Preston, Salford and the surrounding areas – this ensures we are able to react to your needs in a timely manner, ensuring you do not suffer prolonged downtime.
5 Addressing what matters to you
Many IT Support companies will simply look to identify problems they see as being detrimental to your computer systems, mainly from an IT company’s perspective.
Whilst we do this too, often, the greatest level of dissatisfaction with computer systems within an organisation can only be learned from listening to operators' feedback, as they are the people confronted with using the systems every day. We take the time to listen to your concerns first, how you are affected by such issues, and what you would like to see done to help your business run more efficiently.
We take the time to understand your systems and how they integrate into your business, recognising their importance to the ongoing success of your business.
In addition to monitoring the success of your data backups each working day, we will maintain regular contact with you via telephone and offer a 6 monthly, on-site Health Check and IT Strategy Review service to ensure your IT systems are running optimally for you now, and in the future.
We will also send you timely reminders for matters such as hardware warranty renewal, anti virus licence renewal etc.
6 We offer you a Proactive, Preventative Approach ( free IT Operations Review)
We believe in addressing any fundamental problems you may have with your IT systems to minimise recurring problems in the future and/or downtime of your operations. We are happy to conduct a free, no obligation review of your IT systems, together with preparation of a report of our findings and recommendations, which we will discuss with you in person – whether you choose to implement any of our recommendations does not affect our provision of ongoing IT Support services.
7 Daily monitoring of your backups
We will check the success of your data backups every working day to provide you with the ‘peace of mind’ that you have a backup of your data. We will also offer advice and services relating to disaster recovery protection.
You will receive monthly utilisation reports, detailing any support requests you have registered with us, together with a detailed breakdown of the work performed by our engineers from the investigate/research stage through to resolution, with dates, times and engineers' names detailed for your digest.
9 Experienced Support Staff specialising in Microsoft Systems.
We are a Microsoft Silver Partner and we employ full time staff who have attained Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer qualifications,
All of our engineers are time served in the IT Support field.
